With this testing system the visco-elastic properties of pneumatic suspension springs and their fatigue characteristics are investigated at various temperatures. 

The basic machine is a servo-hydraulic testing machine with hydrostatic cylinder bearings. A special compression test kit (mounted on a T-slot platform)allows various pneumatic spring forms and sizes to be accommodated. The unit is also equipped with two measuring transducers for measurement of the pneumatic spring diameter. The whole unit can be used in a temperature chamber in a temperature range of -80 ° to +250 °C. A trolley can be used to facilitate connection and disconnection of the temperature chamber.
