Modernization Packages for Servohydraulic Materials Testing Machines
Our Zwick Modernization and Retrofit Technology (ZMART.PRO) modular modernization package for servo-hydraulic materials testing machines can be tailored to your individual requirements.
The retrofit kits consist of the following basic elements:
- HydroWin 96xx or ControlCube digital measurement and control electronics
- appropriate testing software, for example Workshop 96
- special conversion sets for adaptation of existing sensors such as load cells, extensometers, etc.
- proportional or servo valve
- new hydraulic power pack or adaptation of existing hydraulic components.

Workshop 96 Software Package
Workshop 96 is an extremely flexible software package for single or multi-axial testing of materials and components on servo-hydraulic materials testing machines.
Servo or Proportional Valves
Zwick supplies various servo and proportional valves to suit your individual testing requirements.
Hydraulic Connector Unit (manifold)
Our hydraulic connector units are available for various flow rates and pressures. Their modular design allows retrofitting as required.
Hydraulic Piping
Zwick piping provides the optimum solution for your hydraulic supply and can easily be tailored to your individual needs. Special solutions are no problem!
Hydraulic Power Packs
Servo-hydraulic test equipment requires a pressurized oil supply with an extremely high level of cleanliness and constant pressure. Pressure fluctuations must be minimal at all times, even with very irregular oil demand from the consumer.
