HB servo-hydraulic testing machines have the testing actuator mounted on the upper crosshead, making them extremely versatile in use, especially in conjunction with the optional T-slot platform, which enables flexure and component testing in addition to standard tests.

• Available in various versions with test loads from 50 to 2500 kN.
• Standard testing actuator stroke of 100, 250 or 400 mm. 
• Can be supplied for 210 or 280 bar system pressure. 
• Load frame features extremely high stiffness and natural resonance. Extremely accurate alignment of load frames avoids unwanted flexural stress in the specimen. 
• Load cell can be attached to the actuator or the crosshead as required. 
• Adjustable upper crosshead. The version with hydraulic crosshead clamping and lift cylinders is recommended.
• Testing system can be tailored to customers’ individual requirements (e.g. specimen grips, test fixtures, extensometers or testing software).
• The HB-T machine is a variant with additional torsion actuator for combined tensile, compression and torsion loading (example: maximum test loads 250 kN, test actuator stroke 100 mm, torque 1000 Nm, angle 100°; please enquire for other details).
